LUK, Inc’s Regional Youth and Community Survey modeled after the CDC’s Youth Risk Behavior Survey was developed to monitor priority health risk behaviors that contribute to the leading causes of death, disease, injury, and social problems among youth. This voluntary survey will be administered to 7th grade at Overlook Middle School on March 29, 2022.
